I posted this sometime last year and I feel it was time to go "Shopping"



I had a little bit of some Spiritual Shopping I had to do today......Care to join??List



Bread- We are fortunate enough to have God give us our Daily Bread.
3 lbs. of Love- To Show the people in my life the God has given me pounds and pounds of Love.
1 pkg. of Salt- Salt is known to melt ice.....and at times there are some icy cries and tears that need to be melted away.
1 Box of Band aids- To cover the Boo Boo's.
1 Huge heaping of Faith- To know that under those band aids GOD is doing all the Healing of those booboo's.
1 bag of Joy- To make every life moment Joyful.
1 Humble Pie- Because Humbly we come before God to admit that we are sinner's.
2 bushels of Peace- To know that Peace should always be with us, for the hand of God is always over us.
A nice wonderful Sunday-To be able to go and worship my God with an open and willing heart.....These are the best kind of Sundays.
HAPPY SHOPPING.......I got these at a bargain rate!!

Days of Elijah

My church learned this song Sunday in worship service and trust me when you listen to it..you cant help but get up do a little jig...and just shout out to Praise God...Trust me when I say it a something you want to listen to.

I think he was taking a picture to show me that he had proof that one day his room is sometimes clean, to bad he only got the door angle to show me.

I think I am subpost to post 7 random things about myself if I read correctly, so here goes........

1. I love to get up super early and prance arond the house alone....
2. Cleaning is my therepy.........I mean hard core don't miss a spot cleaning.
3. I am 27 years old and never had a cavitiy.knock on wood.
4. In my whole entire family I am the ONLY one with green eyes.
5. My birthday just happens to land on the birthday of Elvis Presely....my dads a fan!
6. I like Peanut Butter with Vanilla ice cream.
7. I desperetly have a secret (no so much now) to one day have a rood trip on a motorcycle.

As different as Night and Day

My boys are as different as night and day not only in appearance but in everything they do.They can NEVER agree on what to watch, what to play, who's the leader ans so forth. Since Aidan is the oldest it is only right that he be granted the top dresser drawer, he neatly puts his clothes awayas shown. I always ask when they tell me they are done with something "Is it something I would aprrove of?"
In response I get a " I better go check one more time." So yes I do approve Aidan's most of the time....
Then there is Gabriel's laundry that he"put's away". I walk into the room everytime with my jaw dropped thinking."Is he serious" after about 5 fits and a"I cant I have a tummy ache" that was never present all the while he is making his brother mad. I am finally able to get Gabriel to to return to his room to "fix" the problem.

I am come to terms that I just need to put his laundry away for the time being if I dont want to double my loads.

Breakfast Morning.........

In a nut shell ..........ME!

I woke up this morning not feeling 100% perky like I usually do.

I figured it is best today that I stay clear from blogging........and try to get myself to that 100%, i need to I have nursery in church this evening!

I yelled ........He did it

I repeatably told Gabriel's to stop jumping unto the pool. He gives me a sweet smile making me think that he was listening to me and that he would obey.

At this point either boys see me at the back door, Aidan is chanting for him to do it, and you can tell Gabriel is seriously thinking about it.

End result........he jumped I yelled not to and he did a proud canon ball!

The 50's: Rewind the Fifties!

Oh! How I love the 50's.
There was elegance, devotion, and simple happiness.
I tell you I was born in the wrong era..I just know it!

Aidan loved the fact the she left him a letter and a dollar in change just for candy.......
Small simple pleasure's makes tons of happiness......and thats alright by me.

Weekend Review

Here are a few pictures that were taken on Saturday. I had these tow cuties matching in Red, White and Blue.

Here is my Red, White, and Blue cake that was a hit.

A few little dishtowels to dec up the kitchen, Aidan started off the morning with saying the "Pledge of Allegiance". He makes his mother proud.

We were so tired Saturday night that when I woke up early Sunday Morning to get ready for Church I didn't eve see that Gabriel was this dirty, from the Saturday night BBQ. But I guess if he didn't mind why should I.

All in all it was a wonderful family filled 4th of July.

PS The count down in still under way for our trip to Disneyland for Christmas........I almost can't stand it any longer..........only 5 more months to go!!!!

How to Be Well Groomed (1949)

I again could watch these all day, but unfortuntly i have house chores to do.

Well of Course............Happy 4th

Well to start off with ........Happy 4th of July little Darling's. I have been a busy mama this morning once I got my tired self up did the devotionals and bible reading it was time to hit the kitchen. I wanted everything to be prepped and half way done do my the time its cookout time I wasn't rushing. I had a red, white, and blue cake to make (pictures tomarrow) potatoe salad to prepare, hamburger patties to form and a grill that needed some fearce cleaning because while the Hubby is at work I am in charge of the grill this evening *Please God help me* :} My area is the kitchen not the grill.

After all the eating is done with and dishes are nicly in the dishwasher, the family will be off to see the fireworks, enjoying the red and blue cotten candy my sister and i purchased about a week before hand.

This brings lots and lots of entertainment we all love it.
He wont let anyone get into it all he is very picky whoplay's in it too.

Family Gathering's

I guess gathering on the couch together in a screaming rush to look at the newest lego magazine, is where it's at.........and then an hour later still looking at it................you know thats when its worth the gathering.
